Researchers may send their articles after 17th of October even if they have not submitted the extended abstracts on due time.
As it was previously stated in the event call for paper, 17th of October is the deadline for sending the extended abstracts to the event website. However, in accordance with the decision made by the event secretariat, the researchers may send their full paper till 20th of November even if they have not submitted the extended abstracts on due time. 
This decision aims to provide opportunity for scholars who are interested to send their papers but have not sent abstracts till 17th of October.
